REFLECTION - FIRST TIME FOR BEING A LEADER

BEING A LEADER IS NOT A DIFFICULT THING, BUT IF YOU WANT TO BE A GOOD LEADER IS REALLY NOT A EASY THING.

BEING A LEADER:

Leadership is a common and quite simple word but rather very difficult word to define due to its complexity and multifaceted composition. It is an act of influencing activities of an organized group in its quest to set goals and also to achieve certain goals. However in order to be a leader you require a variety of qualities. A good leader is one who doesn’t know everything: trying to imagine that effective leadership is related to knowing everything is one of the most dangerous misconceptions in the field of leadership. So as much as the final decision and responsibility lies with one individual, it is important for him/her to gather other peoples’ opinions or views and respects them before making a final decision on an issue.

I JUST WANT TO SAY:

I really appreciate for my group members' cooperative efforts as we have finally done our group's report. In fact, it was really tough for doing this report especially I'm the first time for being a leader. Also, there are some problems we have faced when we were doing the report. At first, our group have really can't find the way to do this report. However, a leader is one who knows the way and goes the way. So I have tried my best to show the way to my group members. No matter how hard is it, we have finally overcame all of it.

'ALTHOUGH I'M NOT A BEST LEADER, I'VE REALLY TRY MY BEST TO BE A GOOD LEADER'.

REALLY HOPE THAT THE PRESENTATION FOR NEXT WEEK WILL GO SMOOTHLY!!:)

FIGHTING!!

SKETCH AND DEVELOPMENT-SOLUTION

AS WE KNOW THAT, THERE ARE SOME PROBLEMS THAT WE WILL FACE WHEN LIVING COLLECTIVELY. HOWEVER, I HAVE DESIGNED A SOLUTION WHICH CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEMS - 'LIMITED SPACE', 'PRIVACY' AND 'NOISE'.

Limitations of space will make us sometimes difficult to determine or design the space that is suitable and fit best with our homes. Through our observant, we have found out a solution for small bedroom which is AN EXTRA ROOM DESIGN CONCEPT. This design is to let single room become multiple rooms as it can make more spaces in the room.

Extra room design is ideal for small spaces as it is a dual functions design which can transform from lighting into extra room. It is controlled by remote control and designed to be moved up and down, so you can only need to lower it, to change the function from lighting into extra room. Hence, you can get extra space and solve the problem of limited space. On the other hand, problem of privacy and noise also can be resolved as you can do anything in this extra room without disturb others people or disturbed by others people. This room is made by different types of absorptive material as it can be used to control interior design.

It looks like a normal lighting in the room.

Actually, the lighting can be TRANSFORM into extra room.

TRANSFORMING:

(1) & (2) The lighting is slowly going down.

V

(3) The lighting has already attach the floor and transform to extra room.

V

(4) The door has slowly open and enable to let people go in.

V

(5) After the door close up, the extra room will go up until a certain level which is fit for a person to do things.
